VEC DUNN, Executive Director of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Transportation

Vec Dunn has been named the new executive director of Transportation for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Mr. Dunn previously served as director of Fleet-Support Services at CMS and brings more than 20 years of experience in school bus transportation. His expertise, combined with his comprehensive understanding of transportation and fleet, will make a positive impact on the department. 

Mr. Dunn earned a bachelor's degree in administration from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in public administration from Strayer University and has been employed with CMS for 17 years.
