Step 1: Complete the CMS New Student Enrollment packet.
New Student Enrollment Forms can be found here: English, Spanish
Step 2: Contact Rhyshella Neal at rhyshellal.stitt@cms.k12.nc.us to submit your packet.
Step 3: Once your completed packet has been submitted, we will then begin course selection.
*PLEASE NOTE: Families will be unable to select courses without the following:
A completed new student enrollment packet that has been submitted to Chambers Student Services.
A copy of the student's transcript (rising 10-12), or report card (rising 9th). You can fax these documents to Rhyshella Neal at 980-343-5286 or email them to rhyshellal.stitt@cms.k12.nc.us
