• Accessing the Internet Off Campus
    ​Directions:

    1. Students will open the Chromebook lid and power on the Chromebook.

    2. Students will see the login screen below. This is the CMS Launchpad login screen.

       

    1. Students will click the Username box.

    2. Students will type in their student ID only.

    3. Students will click the Password box.

    4. Students will type in their password.

    5. Students will click Sign In.

    6. Students will type in their 6-digit PIN.

    7. Students will be prompted to enter their CMS email to pass through the Zscaler screen. 

      • Students will type in studentID@student.cms.k12.nc.us - see the example below for the format.  
         

    8. The CMS LaunchPad portal will open.
