School Improvement Team Responsibilities
1. Attend meetings regularly.
2. Represent the interests of constituent group.
3. Determine how to engage stakeholders in meaningful ways in school affairs.
4. Commit to working collaboratively with the team.
5. Brings issues and concerns of constituent group to team meetings and communicates the activities and decisions made by School Improvement Team stakeholder.
Functions of the School Leadership Team
1. Develop, implement, and monitor the School Improvement Plan.
2. Facilitate the involvement of the school community in designing and implementing the School Improvement Plan.
3. Encourage, support, and create opportunities for involvement from parents and the community.
4. Coordinate the activities associated with the design and implementation of the School Improvement Plan
