Our mission is to maximize academic achievement by equipping all students with 21st century skills in a safe, positive learning environment. 

Our vision is to prepare all students to be contributing members of a global society.

The success of our students is the shared responsibility of the home, school, and community.  Lake Wylie has great teachers who care about their students and community.  We Exceeded Growth in the 2022-2023 school year!

Our school hosts an annual Truck or Treat in October and a Spring Family Picnic!  We love bringing our families together to celebrate our school’s accomplishments and learn new strategies to support their child at home.

We are fortunate to have strong community partnerships that support Lake Wylie Elementary.  Our partners are always willing to donate their time and financial resources towards the needs of our teachers and students.  In the past, our community partners have donated books, given their time as volunteers,  donated items to our food pantry, assisted with our giving tree, and so much more!
