    Parents of Student's with Special Needs:

    Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation’s Therapeutic and Inclusive Recreation Services (TIRS) program is an adapted recreation programs for individuals with disabilities. They are working on an initiative to increase and improve the quality of adapted recreation opportunities for youth, ages 6-13 years old, with disabilities living in or around the Charlotte area. If you are interested in your child attending a therapeutic/adapted recreation program through Parks and Rec, please help us by filling out a short survey to guide the programs we provide.     The flyer includes a QR code to a survey asking parents about specific programs they would like to see offered and days/times of the week that their child could attend a program. The survey will close on Friday, April 5th at midnight.
