What is a Blue Card? 

Your student is required to have a completed Emergency Locator Card (Blue Card) filed in the Piney Grove Main Office. This will help school personnel to quickly locate the emergency contact in case of an emergency. 

You will receive this card from your teacher at the beginning of each year. If you start mid-year or do not receive one, please request one from the front office!
