What do I need to bring to the school to register my student?

1. Two ​​Proofs of Residency
2. Completed registration packet (obtained online or from the school) 

          *Registration Packet- English

          *Registration Packet- Español

      3. Sign the Student and Parent Acknowledgment and Pledge ​the Code of Student Conduct

      4. Immunization Records​

      5.Completed school forms

      6. Birth Certificate

      7. Report Card/records from prior school year if possible

​How do I update my address? 

1. Complete a Change of Address Form
2. ​Provide two Proofs of Res​idency
