The Fred Lee Carr Award was established to honor Mr. Fred Lee Carr, former head custodian at Long Creek Elementary School, who was killed in a tragic accident. Mr. Carr was a much loved member of the Long Creek family for over twenty years. He was a kind and hard working man who exemplified the qualities our Fred Carr Award winners strive to attain. Many of the Fred Lee Carr traits are also Cambridge Learner Attributes. Each month our Mighty Mustangs will be honored for exhibiting one of the Fred Carr Learner/Character Traits. The traits are as follows:
