Welcome to Marie G. Davis K-8 International Baccalaureate School

At Marie G. Davis K-8 IB School, we are committed to excellence and to addressing the social and emotional needs, as well as the instructional needs, of every scholar. We believe that all scholars can achieve, and we will work with our scholars and families to make that happen for every student.

My personal journey toward leading Marie G. Davis and our IB program began after graduating from the Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics. I spent many years as a math teacher at Coulwood Middle School, Harding University High School in the IB program. I earned my master's degree in school administration and my Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, from Gardner-Webb University.

As the principal of Marie G. Davis, I am committed to seeing every scholar succeed. That means having every scholar prepared for the next step on the educational journey. Our school has a place for every scholar and we work to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
