All enrollment procedures (new student, transfer students, withdrawal, etc) for Palisades High School will occur from 730am-10am Monday-Friday.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) please note that only physical documents (see approved documents below) are accepted. Electronic copes are not accepted when completing enrollment.
Documents needed to enroll:
- Completed (Paper) Student Enrollment Form
- Copy of birth certificate or other proof of age and legal name
- Proofs of Mecklenburg County residency
- Most up-to-date immunization records (Complete record required by the first day of school entry)
- Health Assessment​​ (All children entering NC public schools for the first time must submit proof of a health assessment within 30 days of the start of school.)
