• Facilitates the development of the School Improvement Plan.
• Uses data as the driving force to create programmatic instructional change.
• Monitors, assess, and amends the School Improvement Plan, as needed.
• Advances policies and procedures that enhance achievement and meet educational, safety and parent involvement goals.
• Facilitates communication within the Professional Learning Community.
• Builds the capacity of the school to address parent and staff concerns.
• Provides a critical communication link with all parents/families and community partners in the school in accordance with CMS Board Policy O-SIT.
• Posts minutes for the school and report team activities in school communication to parents.
• Educates parents on how to get involved and support the school and the classroom.

Our School Improvement Team meets on the second Wednesday of each month in the Learning Commons at HAHS and virtually via Microsoft Teams.
