All student ID's are printed at the CMS Graphic Production Center. Students will receive an ID during the fall each school year once the ID's are delivered to the school. If a student does not receive a student ID, he or she can request one using the this Google Form. 

This form is for Ardrey Kell students only. All other students, please contact someone at your school.

Student ID's no longer have a photo of the student on them. If a student needs to request a photo ID for off-campus testing, please contact Ms. Brown (maribethm.brown@cms.k12.nc.us). Please only request photo ID's if you have no other form of photo ID available to you (driver's permit, driver's license, passport, etc.). Typically, student badges arrive within two weeks of being requested. Unfortunately, Ms. Brown cannot guarantee this time frame because she no longer has the ability to print student ID's.
