2023-2024 IA of the Year

Congratulations to our 2023-2024 Teacher Assistant of the Year Ms. Erlenbach! Ms. Erlenbach has been serving our community and our school for over 30 years and has been an instructional assistant here at OP for ten years.  
Mrs. Erlenbach is the best of the best. She is able to help students with a wide variety of tasks from decimals to chrome books. Multiple days a week she leads a morning math group to help students build math confidence.  One student shared, "I was afraid to go to the board because I thought I was going to mess up, but she encouraged me to try it." Erlenbach is able to coach students through hard and challenging task even when they do not believe in themselves. She is everyone's biggest cheerleader! 
Another teacher shared, “ Ms. Erlenbach treats our students as if they were her own and is always willing to help any classroom at any time.”
