Oaklawn Weekly Connect Ed – April 28, 2024

Good evening Oaklawn Family! 

 

This is Principal Trangsrud with your weekly Oaklawn Connect-Ed. 

 

We greatly appreciate all that you do for Oaklawn! The EOGs (End of Grade testing) will be on May 24, 28, and 29, and we will need volunteers to help as Proctors. If you are interested, please register using the link provided (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090E48AAA72DA1FE3-49307533-testing). For questions about the EOG testing, please email Mr. Bar (daniel.bar@cms.k12.nc.us).

On Monday and Tuesday, we have MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) testing. So, please make sure your child is well rested and here on time.  Thanks for your support. 

If your students have lost a sweater, jacket or water bottle, please ask him/her to check in the lost and found zone. The lost items will be available to go through for the next few weeks.  Whatever is not claimed by the end of May will be donated.

On Friday, our school store will be open as usual from 8:45 to 9:15 am.

¡Realmente apreciamos mucho todo lo que ustedes hacen por Oaklawn! Las pruebas de fin de grado (EOGs) serán en los días 24, 28, y 29 de mayo, y necesitaremos de voluntarios para ayudar como supervisores. El lunes y martes, tendremos las pruebas MAP (Medición del Progreso Académico). Así que, asegúrese de que su hijo esté bien descansado y llegue a la escuela a la hora. Gracias por su apoyo.

Si su hijo/a ha perdido un suéter, chaqueta o botella de agua, pídale que revise el área de objetos perdidos y encontrados. Los artículos perdidos estarán disponibles para ser revisados durante las próximas semanas. Todo lo que no se reclame hasta el fin de mayo será donado.

El viernes, la tienda de la escuela estará abierta de 8:45 a 9:15 de la mañana.
