25-26 Parent Input Forms

Parents of students who will be attending ELE next year are invited to complete a Class Placement Parent Input form. Input submitted by parents via the form is used (along with current teacher feedback and student progress data) to create classes for the new school year. The 25-26 school year form is linked below. Please note that we are NOT able to accommodate requests for a specific teacher and teachers' grade level assignments are subject to change from year to year.
